I am a first-time client who lives interstate. I rang and left a message first thing in the morning and got a call back within 15 minutes. They found a spot for me that afternoon as I was developing a tooth ache and was travelling through the area. They correctly diagnosed a crack in one of my teeth and carefully went through the options and costs. They were happy to refer for the more specialized options. I hate going to the dentist, but they were patient, gentle and professional. At my request they provided me with an option that may well have to be temporary but so far seems to be working. Price was reasonable even though I am not with one of their preferred health funds. I can highly recommend them.
