As a new resident of Glen Innes I was made aware that the Guyra medical center was taking new patients. I filled out an application & they got it via email. I had to call 3 days in a row & finally my application was looked at. I was turned away because I am prescribed a legal drug. What about my double breast biopsies that are urgently needed, or my mental health, also urgent??? Or my double carpel tunnel release surgery I desperately need to be tranferred for??? Turned away because of a script. I give them zero stars & will be taking this to the nsw health commission, then Barnaby Joyce.

New female doctor has no customer relations skills, no listening skills, has unethical, unhygenic treatment methods. and is very rude.

Very convenient to hospital and just a few hundred metres from town centre. Obtaining appointment for your own specific time very good. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Resident Nurse (practitioner ? ? ) is exemplary . Very helpful, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable,
Cannot fault any of her attributes.
The resident doctors know their stuff. Unbeknown to possibly a lot of people they work way beyond normal working hours…having to attend the attached hospital early mornings and after hours emergency section. The whole medical centre staff typical closeknit rural/country
    and one big happy “family”
