The Radiologist was very abrupt to the point of being rude which added to my distress of having to be there in the first place. My online Medicare claim did not go through but I was only told this the next day when I rang to ask about my refund. I was told it was because my Medicare card was either about to expire or I needed a new one (my card doesn’t expire until 2022) so I’d have to put in the claim myself. All in all not a pleasant experience.
