Amandeep Singh One of the nurse is really unprofessional and doesn’t want to hear anything.i took one of my client in wheelchair for swab. without even looking at referral ,she told me that she cant do blood test now as our courier is gone , i explained it to her that we not here for blood test my client having a swab done then she looked at the referral then she ask for the urine sample i informed her that the client have leg bag attached to his spc so its essay to take urine from it. she asked to get from home. which is doesn’t make sense as client is already there so can’t client give at that time for test ?? She is been so rude to staff. she even didn’t bothers to look in referral paper to what is test is she is doing or collecting sample for?? not even checked details of clients data. But she was more argument mood with care-staff of client that why they didn’t took urine sample from home.
this is so unprofessional specially when you dealing with all medical related collection of samples. can’t bother to dealing with paper work which is provided by doctor. she just have her own way and attitudes. this is not only one time happen. it has been many time with my other colleges as well. sound like they are working because they have too. really unprofessional experience i ever had in my entire life regarding attitude of nurse.
this facilities doctors and front desk staffs are real awesome and very helpful but another part like nursing people totally opposite like another part of coin.
i hope these will change in real world.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
