While having very bad experiences for many years in several different Medical Centres, we are extremely happy with NOVA, Excellent profesionalism, Excellent care also in treating every patient as humans not machines or robots as we experienced in other medical Centres. Taking very good interest in helping us whether we go with a minor illness or more serious one.
I can also relate an experience from St Luke Medical Centre in Karrinyup and Nova Medical Centre Stirling.
We had 2 encounters, from St Luke . One, we went with a 28 years old friend that not being in drugs, alcohol, or any medication, in a party he fainted and we took him to St Luke Karrinyup as being the closest place for an emergency. The Recepcionista seeing the young man not being even able to stand said to us “ he has not appointment, so NOT doctor. You may take him to other place. While I asked for an ambulance she also said, “ it is something I can not do for you either”. I replayed “ I will not take any responsibility if he dies on the what but I will make a report to the police abut St Luke. . . Only then a Dr. there who heard me saying it with a loud voice came out and attended the sick yong man.
Another recent incident, my husband had a little accident so I took him to St Luke as he was bleeding from the injury in his head. The same thing happen, no appointment nor attentions whatsoever, rudely the receptionist sent us to wherever we choose but not there withot appointment. She didn’t even called the nursed to see what to do with the bleeding .
From there, I took him to NOVA Stirling and straight away, the receptionist went to tell Dr. D”Cruz and he came out and took very very good care of the wound on my husband head.
That is what we call “EXCELLENT CARE FOR PATIENTS “
We have been to NOVA in other no urgent needs and they are as good always, excellent professionalism and especial care for patients.
    Thanks
