Just wanted to say what a beautiful doctor, Dr Semmonds is. She has looked after me and my family for over 20 years because we have an eye condition passed on through generations. Sometimes I think there is nothing anyone can do but I always leave her surgery feeling better.
Poor communication on the cost (it cost double what I expected as she assumed I was a private patient) of the operation and a condescending manner when I wanted discuss what lens she had used. Repeated emails and phone calls were ignored after surgery when I was not happy.
