Terrible, terrible staff. Dr Skerritt is ok but won’t actually know a thing about you, not even your personality which is odd for a psychiatrist. Regardless, not at all worth dealing with unchecked staff with zero accountability, the older receptionists have extreme God complexes. I read the reviews and thought the patients were probably just withholding the role they played in the conflict with reception because they didn’t get their way, but after 7 years of being spoken to in the most condescending manner every single contact but bearing through it, a receptionist took a disliking to me and once they write in your file its over for you, other receptionists will read it and then repeatedly hang up on you every time you try call. Just pick a different practice and save yourself the stress. The irony is that its a mental health practice…
