We are your local preferred provider, affordable and friendly Dentist serving the Moorooka, Salisbury, Tarragindi, and surrounding communities for more than 25 years. As your local dentist our philosophy is simple - to provide affordable and quality dental care in a friendly and painless manner and to ultimately strive to surpass your expectations.

Our surgeries are fitted with the latest technologies and this combined with the expertise of our Dental team allow us to deliver personalized and outstanding treatment. We are preferred providers for Medibank, BUPA, HCF, NIB and CBHS. This means if you are a member of any of these health funds you will have minimal and in some cases no out of pocket costs for any necessary treatments. We also bulk bill all eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS).
Conveintly located on Beaudesert Road in Mooroka, We are preferred providers with free onsite parking. We serve patients from Moorooka, Tarragindi, Yeerongpilly, Salisbury, Rocklea, Yeronga, Wellers Hills, Holland Park, Annerley, Fairfield and surrounding communities.

Dr Zaheer is a highly skilled and experienced implant and cosmetic dentist at My Implant Dentist who devotes himself to researching and providing cutting-edge dentistry for his patients.
He completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Queensland and is a GIDE Master Clinician in Implants from Loma Linda University. After graduation, he trained in all aspects of general dentistry and has worked in regional Queensland, Perth and Brisbane. Dr Zaheer has chosen to focus on dental implants, aesthetic dentistry, smile design and wisdom tooth removal.
Over 10 years, Dr Zaheer has placed over 1000 implants across Australia and has trained with specialists in Australia, Colombia, Croatia, South Africa and USA. Over the last 5 years Dr Zaheer has mentored junior dentists in the fields of implant and surgical dentistry. He is dedicated to the profession and is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID). Additionally, he has attained a Mastership from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

Outside of the clinic Dr. Zaheer enjoys hiking on nature trails, rock climbing and trying new restaurants and cuisines.

Dr Reza Sunny graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. Prior to joining Moorooka Dental Care, he provided dental care in different locations in Australia including Lismore and the Sunshine Coast.

Reza enjoys working with Dr Zaheer Kadwa as he has a keen interest in Dental Implants, Root Canal Treatments and Cosmetic Dentistry and is also attending further educational courses to expand his knowledge and skill levels on new techniques.

Our patients enjoy Reza's genuinely caring nature and his gentle approach to dentistry. His work is thorough and he is always willing to field any questions to ensure that his patients understand the treatment plan and feel as reassured as possible about their dental care. Reza enjoys all areas of general dentistry and takes a conservative approach where possible to maximise patient comfort.

Alex is a passionate dental prosthetist who is driven to provide his patients with the highest quality dental prosthetics that not only enhance their appearance but also improve their oral health and overall well-being.
Alex's passion for dental prosthetics stems from his desire to help others. He completed his dental prosthetics training at TAFE QLD in 2022 where he gained a deep understanding of the fabrication of dental appliances. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental prosthetics and continuously seeks out new training opportunities to hone his skills.
As a dental prosthetist, Alex works closely with dentists to design, create, and fit custom dental prosthetics such as dentures, implant dentures, partial dentures, mouthguards and more . He takes a patient-centred approach to his work, taking the time to understand his patients unique needs and preferences to ensure that their prosthetics are tailored to their individual requirements.
In his limited experience as a practitioner Alex has worked for local community centres as well as in private clinics and he is also a proud member of the Australian Dental Association(ADA) , Australian Dental Prosthetists Association (ADPA) and a key member of the ADPA local advisory committee (LAC).
Outside of the clinic Alex likes to stay active and enjoys going to gym, playing soccer and is a big movie fan.
