The Dr I visit is fantastic and I trust and value the doctor’s skill, knowledge, and care so much. I have been a patent for several decades to this doctor. Unfortunately, I can not say same about the practice manager or reception staff as they are unprofessional , rude, and condescending.

It brings me great sadness that I can not bring myself to visit the practice anymore because of the way the practice manger and reception staff act and conduct themselves.

I will never be able to visit the Dr again unless the Dr moves to another practice as where I won’t have to deal with these unprofessional Admin staff again.
