   Pathetic Practice!!
   After sustaining an injury, I booked to see an available GP at Letitia Street Clinic. The practitioner, upon our second consultation, gave me false and misleading information about the private health fund I was with and the level of coverage I would receive for an operation. This resulted in me being out of pocket over $8k. This same GP failed to correctly identify the type of fracture I had (noting it as compound rather than comminuted). During this same consultation I had to correct the GP after incorrectly noting that the injury was to the proximal phalanx, rather than the distal. I cannot speak of the other GPs at Letitia Street Clinic, however I would recommend against consultations with Reiner De Villiers.
   I have contacted the clinic via phone on one occasion and via email on two different occasions over the last month, and have not received any response to date.
