Agreed. I set an appointment and selected a specific day of the week which was quiet. I could not wait long and would like to avoid my past bad experiences with this centre. It was horrible. But I ended up waiting for hours. When I asked the receptionist, she said the doctor chose to bypass me and called someone else. So, when It was finally my turn, I asked the GP why, she said there were emergencies…. ARE THEY KIDDING ? The patients before me were not asking for emergency attention, they were sitting in the waiting room patiently like me. If it was an emergency they would have called the 000, as they advised. This centre and its GPs are rude, and I started to question their qualifications to even deliver basic medical services. No advice, just asked me to take a test and when a test comes back, they read what’s in there and done. No advice on whatsoever. I had to fill the information myself and advice her what probably the best thing I could do. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and PATHETIC! I wished the rating has ZERO.
