   We have tried to use these doctors several times, and they seem to have a practice since COVID19 of doing a telephone appointment and promising to follow-up with scripts/clearance letters/medical certificates after the appointment and then not delivering on them. So then you have to call them back and book another appointment so they can charge to Medicare a second appointment, and only then do they actually deliver what the first appointment was booked for.
