Dr. Sultana has misdiagnosed MANY patients, who all ended up in the ER, on the brink of death. Incompetence at its finest. Please investigate her and her victims. Other staff also contribute to the misdiagnosis of patients. Dr. Sultana was very rude and rolled her eyes at our concern for a sick family member (who, not to anyone’s surprise, was misdiagnosed and ended up in ICU).
I have spoken to staff multiple times today trying to book in pre employment medicals for potential staff members. Two different people answered the phone and did not understand what I was asking for, I was blind transferred so the person picking up the phone (the same person on both occasions) was rude and blunt and not interested in helping. I eventually got in touch with someone who eventually understood what I wanted assured she would get back to me but did not.
