Have been using Valley Road Medical for many many years and it used to be a very good practice but these days its gone downhill, lack of doctors obnoxious staff you cannot get an appointment by phone, you cannot get an appointment if you walk through the door, they want you gone ASAP. very rarely do they answer the phone, instead you get a voice, our staff are on other calls and a message saying you must do this and you must do that we don’t do this and we don’t allow that and then they hang up the call after 15 minutes on hold and leave you thinking WTF?. A Medical; Centre? beauracrat operated perhaps and government interference people who have no business interfering with health care not trained in health care are not doctors, and what they do benefit no one but now seeing a doctor is almost impossible. The message they send is, Go Somewhere Else. I Do hope Valley Road Medical Centre change their ways and return to the values of old when they focused on health care because at present under the current system health care and these practices are a victim of its own hypocrisy patients are a number and a cash cow and the Health Care System in Australia is in Crisis.
