Called 3 times, tried to get a script sent to a chemist, no success. The third time when I called, I made a complaint to the lady and instead of helping me, she deliberately put me on hold for 20 mins and the phone got cut off. I need to call them back. And they said they didn’t have script anymore. Very poor customer service and DON’T GO there. Maybe the doctor is ok but very very poor service and admin
