It took 4 contacts to make an appointment for “critical at risk” flu vaccination for 1.40pm today April 16th, 2020 and after arricving early and waiting until 2pm I was told I would just have to wait as the Doctor had gone to lunch [?] and I should sit and wait!!
Why is their time more valuable than a patients – everyone should eat I conceded but wht would it take to advise you “we are runing late!” Some consideration is all.
