I found Dr Sophie to be very caring and kind when I entered theatre for surgery – as with most of us there is always an element of apprehension pre having a procedure.
I think she did an incredible job as there was minimal swelling and no bruising!
As for her staff, also very professional and again caring in their approach to all patients – who gets notification via text informing you the Dr is running late??? Not me in all my years of medical appointments !
