Balgowlah Sports injury and Physio is a great physio centre. I had an MCL injury and I liked how the injury was explained using a model of the joint so I had an understanding of what was happening and what we needed to do to fix it. Grant is highly experienced and I doubt anyone would find he couldn’t repair your injury. The treatments include massage and ultrasound rehab exercises combined to repair my MCL and now I am back in the golf course as good as new!
