Foster is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin with a Masters in Physiotherapy. He also has an undergraduate degree in Sport Science and Health from Dublin College University.
Foster has worked within a professional sporting environment for over 10 years both as an athlete and a practitioner. He has played as an Irish Mens Rugby 7s player in the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020 and prepared athletes for the Rio Olympic Games 2016 during an internship in Ireland's Institute of Sport. He also worked in the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) covering the Irish rugby 7s, Ireland U20s and Ireland Womens XV.
He has worked as a physiotherapist in numerous private practices. He is experienced working with a wide range of clients such as adolescence, working professionals and sports athletes.
Foster enjoys working with all different clients and is motivated in getting the most out of each and every individual using his experience with working with some of the best athletes in the world in a professional setting.
Foster specialises in blending hands on therapy, dry needling and individually designed rehabilitation programmes to ensure optimal recovery for all patients.

Kelsey completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and enhance their performance. She has a unique approach that combines hands-on treatment, dry needling and exercise based rehabilitation to ensure an optimal outcome is achieved.
Kelsey has always been a keen sportswoman. She has spent her younger years playing netball and waterpolo and is now competing nationally as an elite surf boat rower for Coogee Surf Lifesaving Club. Kelsey and her team placed second in the Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships 2022 and first in the Short Course Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships 2022.
Kelsey became a physio as she was passionate about assisting others to better understand their body, move well and live a more functional life. She has worked with a variety of populations in private practice and has been involved in a sporting environment for over 5 years as a practitioner and an athlete.
With a strong passion for sport and an ability to empathise through personal experiences with injury, Kelsey is interested in treating sports injuries and those who enjoy going to the gym. After recently completing APA Women’s Health Level 1, she has a keen interest in helping women return to exercise post pregnancy.

Oisin McCaffrey - Senior Physiotherapist

Oisín is a Chartered Physiotherapist from Ireland, who graduated from University College Dublin with a first class honours in BSc Physiotherapy. He also has completed a PGCert in Professional Leadership from Maynooth University.
Oisín has extensive experience working in a private practice setting in Ireland, most recently working as a Senior Physiotherapist in one of Dublin’s specialist spinal and sports medicine clinics. He also has experience working in one of Sydney’s leading private rehabilitation hospitals, where he treated a variety of post-operative and joint replacement clients.
Oisín is an accredited Performance Specialist with EXOS in the US. This has helped him when working closely with some of Ireland’s elite collegiate athletes in University College Dublin (GAA, Soccer, Rugby, Athletics, Rowing) and alongside Tennis Ireland at the 2019 Irish Open. He has over 5 years experience playing elite level Gaelic Football himself in Ireland.
His own experiences on and off the plinth has shaped his holistic approach to treatment which marries manual therapy techniques with bespoke rehabilitation programming to ensure his clients feel, move and perform at their best.

Shash Sharma - Physiotherapist

Shash can help you with small bouts of pain like a shoulder or neck irritation, long term rehab like ACL injuries or shoulder surgeries and injuries, or improving chronic pain like lower back pain. He also loves tying this into your favourite activities to help you perform better in your sport!
Shash is especially passionate about cricket, touch football and basketball. He played 1st grade cricket in the Sydney Shires competition for several years, and has been a net bowler for touring international cricket teams and the Australian cricket team. Shash also plays Division 1 representative touch football. His thirst for knowledge means he is very interested in the sports he played, as well as similar sports like rugby, AFL, soccer, baseball, and speed and agility training, among others.
As a physiotherapist, Shash has worked with elite organisations such as Hype Cricket Academy, Sydney Scorpions Touch Football, Manly Mermaids and Parra Two Blues Rugby, Hawkesbury FC and Blacktown Spartans FC in football, and Northwest Sydney Gridiron. He has also worked one on one to rehab Olympians, US college and NBL1 basketball players, Cricket NSW cricketers, NRL players and national representatives in touch football, rugby union and ultimate frisbee.
