Matthew

Matthew Lee - Senior ​ ​Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Masters of Physiotherapy
Matthew graduated from University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2012 having previously completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. He takes an active approach to therapy and rehabilitation, showing clients how to best overcome their injuries through movement and exercise.

Matthew's worked both in the public hospital system (St George Hospital) and private clinics, so he has a wide breadth of knowledge of both acute and chronic conditions.
He has great experience in working with neck and back pain, but also enjoys treating sporting injuries as well. He's done extra training in Dry needling and Dynamic/Kinesio-taping and plans to do further training in Pilates with the APPI.

The thing he loves most about his role as a physio is that he can empower people through education and exercises to help manage their injuries and prevent recurrences. His motto to people is that your greatest wealth is your health.
Victoria

Victoria Lee - ​Senior ​Physio, Women's Health Physiotherapist and Assistant Manager

Victoria completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with honours in 2018. She is passionate about getting you back to the things you love, whether that be hanging out with friends and family or getting back onto the sporting field.

She has a particular interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, which involves the management of pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence and prolapse as well as pregnancy related aches and pains. She also likes treating necks and shoulders and helping people through their pre and post op journey.

Outside of work Victoria enjoys being outdoors and will usually be found hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking or at the beach. She also enjoys kicking the AFL around and circus arts like aerial silks.

Victoria is uniquely qualified with a degree in Podiatric Medicine and Exercise Science. She has treated for many years in hospitals and private practices throughout the Southern Sydney region and also spent time overseas in Galway, Ireland.

Victoria also has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to footwear after being a Master Fit Technician and manager at The Athlete’s Foot.

Victoria is passionate about biomechanics and general podiatry – keeping feet looking and feeling great. She is experienced in using exercise therapy, dry needling, injectable therapies, and mobilisation to rehabilitate her patients.

Victoria is worldly and will always put a smile on your face with her humble nature and humorous antics. She is an exceptional member of our team who is here to help you reach your greatest potential.

When Victoria isn’t working, she is a massive foodie! She also enjoys walking her Sheltie Bailey and going to the beach.
Jessica

Jessica Phan - Senior Physiotherapist

Jessica graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy after having completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto in Canada. She values exercise for both mental and physical health benefits and understands the importance of getting her clients back to what they enjoy doing best!

Jessica has a keen interest in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, running and strength training hence she really enjoys treating sporting injuries. She also has experience working with the back and neck. Having worked both in St Marys and Summer Hill, Jessica has seen a range of musculoskeletal conditions from chronic lifestyle to acute sporting injuries. Outside of her work and training, Jessica enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, baking, reading, going on hikes and trying new things!

Rachel

Rachel Oddie - Remedial Massage ​Therapist

Rachel has been practising Remedial Massage and Bodywork for nearly 10yrs. She has worked alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other health professionals in the Health and Wellness industries.

Rachel is interested in holistic health and appreciates how the many different approaches and modalities can play apart in one’s healing. She's fascinated with body movement and expression as well as it’s ability to self-regulate through all levels of awareness, with conscious effort. Rachel is passionate about guiding people into wellness through massage, with a focus on
the individual needs, having a high level of empathy and understanding of the importance of embodiment practises, such a Breathwork, applying different techniques and tools with the intension to help empower self-healing to maintain
a balance within the body.

She enjoys being in nature, practising Yoga, gardening, crafting, studying ancient history, and fascinated with the sciences of Meta-physics and Quantum-physics and how it all ties together to offer us an understanding to create and improve on a better human existence.

Equipped with experience working in private practice and as a gym franchisee, combined with her avid passion for bodybuilding, Emily sees exercise as a form of medicine for all. As a result, her passion and expertise allows her to deliver progressive, quality care to a range of populations seeking aid in chronic disease management.

She understands the importance of being functionally independent and aims to restore this through movement and education for long term success.
Emily thoroughly enjoys working with a wide population of clients and aspires to cover all basis of rehabilitation by constantly expanding her knowledge to become a well rounded practitioner.

Outside of work, you will find Emily in the gym, at the beach or your nearest grocery store trying to hunt for snacks!
