Her special interests are in treating dance and women’s health issues. Her role in the clinic is to lead with mission, vision, and purpose; thus she is evenly divided between treating, mentoring, and business development. She is currently completing her Masters in Pelvic Health and Incontinence at the University of Melbourne.Following a successful dance career, Winnie moved into physiotherapy. As a physio, dancer and Pilates instructor herself, she has been passionate in working with dancers since early in her career.
Since becoming mum of 2, Winnie discovered her love in helping women with pregnancy care and recovery, incontinence, prolapse, pain, and a range of other conditions related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Her main interest lies in treating pelvic pain conditions.
Winnie brings the same level of care to all her patients. She is a firm believer that quick fixes do not last, and lasting fixes are not quick. She adapts her systematic, persistent and caring treatment approach to educate and guide you through your rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Winnie is founder of The Clinic Project, and provide business consulting to other women health clinic owners to launch and scale their practices. She enjoys a quiet read, travelling, architecture, and is a mum to Darcey (3yo) and Gaia (1yo)
Katy Mackay - Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

She is passionate about working with women and has worked with patients in all stages of their pre and post natal rehab.Katy’s treatment approach focuses on gradually building strength and re-training movement patterns in a safe and comfortable environment so patients gain confidence to achieve their long term goals. As a physiotherapist, she utilises manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilisation, dry needling and Active Release Therapy (ART) as well as education, movement re-training and exercise therapy.
Katy is trained in Clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
Outside the clinic, she is passionate about positive psychology and philosophy. She loves cooking, yoga, pilates, beach workouts and meditating.

Her main interest is in postnatal recovery and helping women return to exercise and movement they love.Lauren adopts a holistic, wellness based approach to managing her patients’ health problems. She is a firm believer in treating not only the diagnosis, but whole person, and taking into account all aspects that lead to better quality of life for her patients.
Lauren is trained in Clinical Pilates and integrates it with her treatment plans.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren is a keen sportsman. She is an AFL player and have a love for all things in the gym, as well as pilates, yoga, running and swimming.
Danni Bichler - Naturopath
Female - EnglishQualifications: Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) Distinction Pain Reprocessing Therapy Training Member of the Naturopath Herbalists Association Australia (NHAA)Danni has completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and has undergone further training in the areas of chronic pain and women’s pelvic health.She works with a range of women’s health concerns from fertility to peri/menopause support, vaginal health conditions, endometriosis, hormonal and menstrual imbalances, improving mental health and helping women to feel safe and confident in the bodies again. Danni draws from her own health challenges and practices from a place of empathy to ensure a safe and supportive space for each of her clients.
She is passionate about empowering women to deepen their understanding and connection with their bodies and to take an active role in their healing journeys. Danni takes a holistic approach to healthcare, treating the whole person and addressing the root cause.
Outside of the clinic Danni enjoys spending time in nature, staying active and seeing live music. She also has a passion for cooking and is constantly exploring new recipes in the kitchen. Danni is fascinated by the mind-body connection and is always reading up on the latest research in brain science.
Lauren Lee - Naturopath

She works with individuals across the lifespan from children and adolescents, to adults and seniors, incorporating the latest research from naturopathic and integrative medicine to educate and support her clients in their journey to optimal health and well-being.As a member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia, and Special Interest Group Committees, she is passionate about healthcare being accessible, progressive, and collaborative for the allied health practitioner and wider community.
Notably, Lauren was nominated as a Finalist for NHAA’s Awards for Excellence 2023, and participates in research projects such as the World Naturopathic Federation Umbrella Review of natural therapies and health products for COVID-19.
As an avid dancer of 25+ years, and Yoga and Barre Teacher, she understands the importance of patience, persistence, and properly informed guidance in order to achieve success and maximising one’s true potential.
