He managed a specialised sport school program while also working with both under 18 elite sports teams and private clients of all ages and goals. This gave him a wide variety of improving athletes performance, managing injuries, and also helping private clients restore their function, move better and live stronger, healthier lives.
Sport aside, the reason Blake decided to be a Physio is that he loves helping those who may not be the most active people to understand their body and live a more functional life.
Blake enjoys talking health, travel, business, sport, is a new father and played state level golf and tennis and on the hunt for the best burger in Sydney.

In 2019, Monique designed and implemented a Chronic Pain Pilot Program which was successful enough to be run as a permanent program in Victoria. She has experience with musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and has a keen interest in neck and back pain.
In her spare time Monique can usually be found at the beach either running, swimming or playing volleyball. She is passionate about travel and food and is always keen to hear new recommendations.

Kavan Chen - Senior Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist

Having previous sport experience travelling internationally and playing Division 1 soccer from the age of 18, giving her a great understanding of the extreme physical demands of elite sport and exercise-related injuries. She has additional experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation through her work with various footy clubs (inc. Balmain Tigers, NSW Female AFL Academy).
Outside of work, Nilam enjoys travelling, camping, catching sunrises and sunsets, and spending time with her friends and family. On the weekend, Nilam can be found at her local cafes, bars, or restaurants searching for the ultimate foodie experience.
