Cathal Smyth - Senior Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager

Cathal graduated from St. Mary’s University, UK with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Rehabilitation in 2004 before going on to complete his Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science (Physiotherapy) from the University of Brighton, UK in 2013.
Over the years Cathal has worked in a wide variety of settings including the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, the sporting sector, and private practice in Ireland, UK and Australia. Due to the wide spectrum of environments that Cathal has worked in he has an excellent depth of knowledge and ability to manage a wide array of injuries.
He strongly believes in continuing professional development and has done post-graduate training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), dry needling, acupuncture, and Kinesio taping, amongst others. He leverages his diverse experience and training to create individual treatment plans for all of his patients.

James Garlick - Physiotherapist

James completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, in 2014, and his Honours in Physiology, in 2015, at The University of Adelaide, before completing his Masters of Physiotherapy, in 2016, at The University of South Australia.
He has over seven years experience as a physiotherapist, and enjoys seeing all clients from all age groups, with a particular interest in sporting injuries. He has played competitive soccer and hockey since childhood and has learnt a great deal first hand, by treating his own injuries over the years.
His approach is both relaxed and thorough, and he enjoys helping clients achieve their goals, whether that be simply reducing pain or complete rehabilitation from injury followed by strength and conditioning for prevention.

After personally sustaining injuries from netball, oz tag and bouldering that required physiotherapy for herself, Esther understands what it’s like to be injured.
She is dedicated to helping and inspiring others to return to or continue living an active healthy lifestyle.Esther graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Sydney. She has post-graduate training in the Mulligan Concept, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS), dry needling, women's health through life stages and pelvic health.
Furthermore she is a qualified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute and teaches 1:1, semi privates/small groups, pre/post pilates and mat pilates classes.

Outside of work, she enjoys long walks on the beach, snorkelling, Sunday morning yoga classes and everything outdoors.

Rachel has been practising Remedial Massage and Bodywork for nearly 10yrs. She has worked alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other health professionals in the Health and Wellness industries.
Rachel is interested in holistic health and appreciates how the many different approaches and modalities can play apart in one’s healing. She's fascinated with body movement and expression as well as it’s ability to self-regulate through all levels of awareness, with conscious effort. Anne enjoys coaching clients and takes pride in being a great teacher. She has worked with a wide range of people and enjoys the challenge of adapting to different levels of ability.

Kaelyn Rahardja - Exercise Physiologist

In her spare time, Kaelyn loves building relationships with friends, volunteering at church, and cooking.

Jacinta Maxwell - Physiotherapist

Jacinta studied a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra.
She graduated in 2020 and made the move to Sydney to commence her physiotherapy career. Prior to this she worked at a local gym, and was a rowing coach at one of the local schools.
Since moving to Sydney she has fallen in love with the local beaches, and her new motto is “there’s nothing an ocean swim can’t fix”. She has a 2 year old puppy called Alfie, and will try to show you photos and talk about your own pets at any chance she gets.
Coming from a sporting background, Jacinta is passionate about all kinds of movement. She loves working with a range of people including those who play sports, go to the gym, run, swim, do Pilates, and of course the humble weekend warrior.
Personally she loves all kinds of training, but has a soft spot for pilates, strength training and swimming.
