Jason Lam - Sports Chiropractor & Clinical Director - Male - English - Walk-ins are welcome
Jason graduated from Macquarie University with a graduate diploma and masters in chiropractics. He has various experiences in treating vast groups such as the geriatric, sporting and everyday populations. This includes working with Southern Cross care, Macquarie AFL team, triathlon events and Uni games. He previously suffered from a vertebral disc injury and was treated by a chiropractor who enabled him to make an efficient recovery. Through this he was able to understand the importance of musculoskeletal health, and has driven his passion for chiropractic care ever since. Jason understands that chiropractic care does not just stop at just treating the pain. He is passionate about finding the root cause. He believes placing emphasis on this will decrease the likelihood of re-injury for the patient in a more permanent manner. Jason’s dedication and enthusiasm is noticed when he treats his patients providing them optimal treatments and assisting them with the importance of self rehabilitation. Using a variety of techniques such as soft tissue therapies, drop-piece technique, manual adjusting, taping and exercise prescriptions, will enable him to work together with you to achieve your goals.

Emily leads an active lifestyle, enjoying running, swimming, cycling, rowing, yoga and bodyweight training, so she understands how important treating and preventing injuries is for her clients. Sam Behan - Chiropractor & Sports Trainer - English - Walk-Ins are welcome
Sam is a graduate in Masters of Chiropractic science from Macquarie University. Sam has led an active life. His passion for football and strength training, combined with his fascination on how muscles and the body work in unity has led him to become a chiropractor. Sam has completed a variety of additional techniques to further broaden his treating capabilities, such as dry needling, sports trainer, laser therapy, taping and hopes to further enhance his knowledge by completing a strength and conditioning course. Jonathan Bae - Physiotherapist & Sports Trainer - Male - English - Walk-ins are welcome
Jonathan is a graduate from the Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in a Bachelors of Chiropractic. He has worked with the premier men's Pennant Hills Demons AFL team, the Hills Netball Representative U16's team, and also with various gyms such as F45, and Vision Willoughby. Developing a real competitive passion for sport and performance at a young age, particularly basketball, swimming and weightlifting, Jonathan found himself dealing with the challenges of trying to enjoy his active lifestyle whilst riddled with the injuries that came with such a high level of activity. Jonathan was fortunate enough to have a physiotherapist in the family, who guided and helped him overcome his injurious setbacks, which allowed him to be able to compete and enjoy an active lifestyle, whilst appreciating the value and benefits of physiotherapy. It was an enlightening experience where Jonathan felt a passionate responsibility to be in a position of care for others who experience the same struggle of overcoming their physical limitations that can also be mentally and emotionally challenging. Jonathan decided to become a physiotherapist himself. Jonathan implements an array of techniques including soft-tissue (myofascial release, trigger point therapy), manual manipulation, joint mobilisations, and prescribing rehab exercises with appropriate progressions to help discover the true functional potential in all his patients. He finds real joy in seeing his patients live their best lives through enabling functionality and having them engage in activities they love to do. Jonathan is determined to enhance performance levels and help you reach your functional goals, whether that is in high level competitive sports or even in the daily struggle of trying to live out a healthier lifestyle, he is here to help you.
