   Takes for ever waiting for the recorded message to finish and for staff to answer, most times the system will cut you out and you have wasted 20minutes. They dont want you to come into the surgery and see a doctor, and now they have implemented block appointments which means you cant speak to a doctor on telephone and so just go and die! Not recommended at all, will be leaving our regular GP after nearly 40 years.
