I booked an appointment yesterday for 10.15am today at the Eastgardens Medical Centre. I arrived at 10.00am and advised the reception desk that I was in attendance.
2 Patients who arrived much later than my appointed time were ushered in by Dr Harinath and I approached the reception desk and was told that she would ensure that i would be seen next by the Dr as the 2 prior patients were not urgent.
When Dr Harinath finished with the 3rd patient ahead of me I was informed by the receptionist that ‘these patients had appointments’ The time was now 11.00am and I thought that I had been patient enough.
The receptionist offered that could “take it up with the Dr” This is not very good customer service so I cancelled.
I could not recommend this Practice as there was it was not very well managed at all. If there was a Practice Manager there the job was not being done.
