I went to Norton Street Medical Centre today and wanted to comment on the level of hypervigilence and hygeine being practiced there, especially amidst the COVID pandemic. Their COVID-19 Policy was notified before walking in the door, alcohol based hand sanitisers everywhere in the surgery, large orange markings behind which patients are to stand both at reception and in the consulting rooms as well as all staff being masked as an extra precaution. I certainly felt that all steps were being taken to avoid contact and distance interaction between all people.
