   I rang this morning just to ask or book an appointment for COVID vaccination, however the woman who spoke with me on the phone cut off the line without listening to my words and even after I tried to rang couple of time they cut off the call . As being a customer I expect to get relevant information that I m seeking for . This is not actual customer service as they eye cut the phone even without listening to what I was saying.
