I rang late March enquiring about the Flu-Vax as my GP daughter suggested that as I am over 75 it would be critical to have the vaccination early this year due to the Covid 19.
I was told to ring mid April. I rang 14 April, no answer. I rang 15 April AM and was told the first clinic was over and wait until May.
I have a been a patient of your practice (Jun Zhang) for over 10 years.
As I rang earlier I would have thought that a text or call would have been appropriate for your older patients. I have now been able to have the Flu-Vax elsewhere. I am disappointed in your care of long time elderly patients.
