Since Friday, September 3, I have continually tried to phone this clinic, to no avail. I have made over 30 calls to both numbers for this surgery.
Every time I was eventually 4outed to a booking service, but I didn’t want to mzke a booking, I just nedd a message given to Dr Shrestha.
With no luck, phoning, I sent an email to to the Revesby IPN address..
Guess what NO REPLY.
I know the email address is valid as I have received emails from Emma.
My feedback is very NEGATIVE, as a patient should not hav3 to go to such lengths for assistance.
If this surgery is going all IT and high tech, with no personal contact for assistance, it is not fair to your patients, and I for one will be looking for another surgery.
