Saw Dr Katherine Saffin and she was dreadful. My wife is pregnant and she didn’t even bother with a physical examination… or ask how it was going or how she was feeling. She was rude, abrupt and left my wife feeling awful.

Horrific doctor. I had been unwell for five weeks, and noticed a worrying change and worsening in my symptoms. Didn’t listen, terribly arrogant, rude and dismissive of concerns. Did not investigate my symptoms properly (checked my ears and chest, but not my sinuses or glands or blood pressure), and was completely unconcerned for my wellbeing, or the wellbeing of my colleagues. I only went here because I couldn’t get into my regular doctor. Was told I was contagious, and that no doctors were concerned about the spread of diseases in the workplace so I should just go to work (my boss sent me home because even she could see I was not well). My colleagues should know to wash their hands. If I was still sick in THREE WEEKS, I was told only to return then. Told me that my tonsils were fine so I was therefore healthy despite the fact that I do not have any tonsils…

Do not see Dr Jeffrey McDonald. Borderline negligent, management really need to reconsider his employment as he is the type to put lives in danger for the sake of his own ego.

I went to my regular doctor the following day who immediately prescribed antibiotics for a severe bacterial sinus infection after investigating properly, and provided excellent advice for assisting me to improve my immune system.
