Came in needing only professional diagnosis of obvious Tennis Elbow and a short simple health form to be filled in and signed. Diagnosis took one minute. Refused to fill in form until next appointment. Emailed to challenge the consult time not used up and with form plus the required answers to be filled in. Refused to do so until next appointment. Cancelled appointment and will write affidavit instead. Will not support a business that is clearly not about helping people but about making money out of people.
