Very disappointed in the treatment explanation and service provided to my daughter when she had a cyst removed recently. The doctor was rushed and was more concerned about getting to his next patient than his current one. The nurses were unable to provide the equipment he asked for and he “made do” while performing the procedure on my daughter. He did not explain what he was going to do or treat her like an actual person, he just sliced and diced. I was horrified by the whole experience and felt extremely sorry I had put my daughter in this position. If I had not been concerned about infection I would have left 5 minutes after he started. The follow up treatment was not much better. People skills and communicating with his patients were sadly missing.
