Karen Absolutely useless. Receptionist should be unemployed. Book via HotDoc. Two emails received confirming booking. SMS responded to with Y to confirm we would attend booking.
Turned up prior to appointment time. Despite clinic claiming to be open at 8am, doors were still locked. 10 minutes after my booked appointment time doors were still locked. Eventually when practice doors actually opened receptionist informed that there was no booking.
So, either:
– the IT systems of this practice are inadequate
– your staff are insufficiently trained to manage appointments
– your staff are spiteful enough to use their two ounces of power to fuck with the health of your patients.
