Advised me that they couldn’t organise my rebate because of an error told me to call medicare but didn’t explain why and then when i asked for it to be refunded until their services were fixed she gave me attitude and was very rude.
I’ve been using that clinic since 2016 and have never been spoken to so rudely by any of their staff until today.
I don’t care if it’s stressful answering a phone all day and making appointments you never speak rudely to a customer .
