Very Concerning Dr John Harland is good only for obtaining medical certificates and pain medication. My husband, 3 children and myself have been, or were, patients of his since 2012. Not once has he checked our blood pressure, sent us for routine blood tests, he is a complete quack. My daughter had stomach issues and after an x-ray, ultrasound test and urine test were inconclusive He shrugged his shoulders and said “pfft I don’t know what’s wrong”. As a doctor it’s his responsibility and duty of care to find the answers.
He keeps my husband, who has severe depression and chronic back pain, on 2 X 200mg tramadol a day which turns my husband Into a non functioning zombie. When my husband tried to get off tramadol and explained how negatively it affects him Dr Harlands answer was to keep him on tramadol and ADD to that 8 panadien Forte’s a day!
My husband has since gone to a new doctor who has completely removed my husband from all Pills and approved him for CBD capsules and THC oil. My husband can now function, has quality of life again, is no longer in pain or depressed. He asked Dr Harland if he would take over the prescribing of the THC oil as my husband has all his approvals and Dr Harland said flat out “NO!”
Apparently keeping a working father doped up on 400mg of tramadol (the world’s most addictive and dangerous prescription medication) and 8 panadien Forte’s is better than 1ml of natural plant oil which has actuslly helped my husband for the first time in 9 years
Go to Dr Harland if you just need a quick medical certificate but please don’t put your life in this quacks hands.
