This is the most horrible experience in my life. Three staff refused to help or even take a look at my injured kid because they were about to finish and close in 45 mins although they didn’t have any patients. None of them showed any concerns or provided any advice because we didn’t book in and they were about to close in “45 mins”. One of them who was not doctor/nurse even diagnosed, “your kid is fine, he didn’t pass out and he can breathe.” when I said this was urgent. She hadn’t even seen my kid’s big cut but diagnosed my kid was fine.
I was so shocked that they just watched a crying mother and an injured kid to walk away from their clinic.
