Harassing patients and clients with non stop phone calls regardless whether it’s Valentine’s Day or December…They leave messages all the time on voicemail saying St Agnes surgery ring up back with no information who the call is for and what it is about , it even be a spam call who knows
They don’t listen , they don’t respect its clients either ,when you call back they put you on hold with the loud radio on very unfriendly
