This has to be the worst, unprofessional medical centre I have ever been to or even heard of.
Without a doubt, the ladies who sit at reception are completely hopeless and rude. I have dealt with 3 different ladies who work at reception who have no experience whatsover in cusomer service or have any basic manners or know how to deal with solving basic problems. They must be hired because of their family relations to the family business (because that’s what this place is).

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. This place has only worsened over the years.
