Dr Hannah Perfecto is the most professional, skilled and caring doctor I have ever know in my 70 years of living. Yes, it is hard to get in to see her as she is always booked out, so you have to be patient & book ahead. Still, I found there are always ways to communicate in emergencies. Those who are fortunate enough to have her as their Doctor, all know how thorough, investigative and insightful she is. Always very cheery and with great recall on what is going on with each patient, at least with me!

This medical centre is a joke. No duty of care what so ever. I’m a diabetic who has 4 injections a day and had no insulin left and could not administer any insulin from the night before, I was at the clinic first thing in the morning and was told I need to wait for a script to be written at there next appointment time in the afternoon and was told it’s not life threatening and I could wait till then. Receptionist was rude and told me she was a registered nurse and that why she she works at a B grade medical clinic. The doctor on duty was sitting in his room with no patients and just turn a blind eye and said come back later. You tell me what kind of FAMILY clinic this is.
