   Poor Service, Long Waits, Won’t Return
   Visited twice, waited 50 mins each time despite arriving early.

   To make matters worse, when I approached the customer service desk seeking assistance and clarification, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude.

   The staff member responded to my inquiries with generic, robotic replies, showing no genuine concern for my situation. When I attempted to ask for more information, I was shocked to be accused of abusing the staff member.

   The overall experience was marred by the lack of empathy, professionalism, and efficiency demonstrated by the customer service representative. It is evident that this medical clinic little value on the time and satisfaction of its customers.

   I strongly advise others to reconsider this medical clinic.

   I went to this clinic today to see Dr Gayani.

   She was absolutely lovely and the nurse was so beautiful with the way she dealt with myself and my mother.
