Time to get an Appointment (Long > Quick)

    Listening Skills (Poor > Excellent)

    Treatment Explanation (Poor > Excellent)

Likelihood to recommend (Very Unlikely > Very likely)

BE AWARE of highly unqualified “professionals”. As a reference you pay pretty much same as anywhere else ($5 cheaper)
I should be given ZERO 🌟 but well…
    – This medical centre as a first impression really took me to a developing country, really basic, not really hygienic, dark, old… I think you got an idea.
    – There’s a lack of training in customer service and types of payment for the reception staff (they didn’t know what a particular insurance was and how didn’t work, I tried to explain MULTIPLE times, but they’re made me wait for a LONG time)
    – Owner has not boundaries when it comes to money. After the reception staff made the payment the owner realised was stupid the situation was and took me to her office (notice she didn’t say she was the owner, she just said “I am the doctor _name_”) She apologize saying “your insurance is so good, always paying upfront, Australian insurance don’t do that (🤑)”, then she proceeded to examine my knee and I noticed she didn’t do it like a physiotherapist would (my appointment was to see a physio) so I asked her if she was the physio and SHE DID NOT ANSWER, instead she kept talking about my insurance, I asked again and she said the physio wasn’t working, that I had to come back tomorrow and ladies and gentlemen… Did I just paid for a physiotherapist supplanted for a GP? I could see on her face she didn’t expect me to realise that, but after a chat wee agreed to come back next day for a REAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST appointment and of course at no cost (right…)
So I went back, I had my appointment, the physio was young, no much experience but I had an average appointment, just as I said at the start; the place wasn’t nice (esthetic, hygiene). Anyway, when I was leaving I got a phone call from reception telling me to go back and pay for the appointment. I kind of saw it coming, because they are just SO UNDER THE AVERAGE STANDARD.

So yeah people, AVOID THIS PLACE, I am sure there’s plenty of good places around for an extra $5.
