Will never return to this practice . After seeing a dr late on Friday afternoon for my son and being told that there’s nothing he can do because everything is shut because it’s the weekend. Told if pain worsened to go to the hospital. No extra pain relief offered basically useless waste of time. Then get to counter to be told kids have to pay a 1 off fee now .
My sons appendix burst and we have just spent 5 days in hospital. The appendix was bad and the infection was in full swing by this time . If the dr at this practice had of put a bit more time and consideration in to my son we could have maybe avoided such a bad experience. The appendix would of come out regardless but maybe my son wouldn’t of gone through as much as he has. Disappointed, disgusted and as I said will never attend this clinic again. Maybe patient care should be more of a priority before money !
