   I rang Shalom looking to book in to see someone about a mental health plan as mine is rapidly declining and the lady took down all my details and suddenly cut me off to tell me that she will need to get the doctor to call me back in 10 minutes. I live on the same street as the practice and left my house straight after this phone call, when I noticed they were closing up and going home for the day TWO HOURS early. All the had to do was book me in. No one was going to call me back at all today. Disgusting and unprofessional.
